We spend a lot of time with you, to understand you and your business, and to be inspired. We couple that process with our own meticulous research and use of diverse tools to map your current status and the challenges and opportunities in front of you.

We work together with your teams to set up objectives and measurable targets. We propose comprehensive communication strategies that can also include strategies on CEO and Management brand building, Thought Leadership, Public Affairs, Content Marketing and ESG Communication.

Once the strategy is approved, our comprehensive plan takes shape. During the Planning phase, we select the optimum timing, channels, and tactics to ensure a successful outcome. We either work in the conventional way, building annual communication plans, or we apply the principles of Agile Marketing to develop shorter sprints, during which we run, test, and readjust our tactics.

Here is where our creative minds unfold their full potential. Execution means creating useful and engaging content, deploying earned and own media assets, differentiating messaging per channel and per audience and serving to your external and/ or internal stakeholders a unique experience, doing right by your brand.

Once we start rolling our plans, we start calculating results. Because a plan that cannot be measured against set targets, is not an effective one.

And finally, we tweak. Even the best strategy and plan may need finetuning, because communication deals with external factors, unexpected crises and most important, with people’s behaviours. So, we evaluate our results, we assess your feedback, and we tweak our work, to complete the full cycle of Respect.
